Donors can specify that their gifts be directed to a particular medical specialty, such as mental health, general patient care, drug supplies, dental, and food production & preservation project. Unrestricted gifts support our most important initiatives and needs in patient care, staff training and research by allowing Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center to determine how best to use the funds. As a nonprofit medical center, we depend upon the generosity of our donors to fund our most urgent initiatives and ensure that leading-edge treatments are available close to home for many years to come.
Dr. Wamukota Memorial and Tribute
To express your admiration and love for a loved one or friend, or to remember someone who has passed away, you may make a memorial or tribute gift to Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center. There are many special occasions to remember those we admire and love, graduations, birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. There also are times of sorrow when we lose a loved one. A tribute gift to Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center is not only a thoughtful remembrance, but it will also help to ensure Dr. Wamukota’s medical ministry continues and the ongoing development of innovative programs and services that will be available to you, your family and your relatives should the need ever arise. Needy Student Sponsor
Most children in rural schools are always left behind due to hunger. meaning they do not always know where their next meal is coming from. Hungry pupils can’t learn and access to breakfast and lunch is essential their health and academic success. Please find compassion in your heart by sponsoring a child to attend school. The following are ways you can sponsor a student.
- Primary School fees $600 year or $50 per month
- Secondary School fees $1200 year or $100 per month
- Vocation Training $1500 per year
We are so grateful for the sponsorship support we receive for our many fundraising efforts and are eager to partner with other businesses who would like to get involved. Former patient or relatives
During your time at Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center, did a nurse, clinical officer, midwife, other staff member or volunteer go above and beyond to provide dignified care? Did someone go out of his or her way to make sure that you were comfortable, offer you encouragement or help address your concerns? You may wish to donate in honor of someone who made a difference to you. You will receive an acknowledgment letter. This recognition of both their personal commitment and professional expertise is highly rewarding for our staff. The greatest benefit of making a gift to PWMMC is knowing that you are making a difference in the lives of others. Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center is a nonprofit medical center. Your gifts enable us to attract highly qualified staff, buy vital new equipment, expand medical facilities, fund local school children lunch and health care needs and support essential hospital services. The following are ways you can sponsor a program at the hospital:
- Medical supply purchases $3000 year or $250 per month
- Facility Maintenance Operations $5000 year or $416 per month
- Staff salaries top off 30,000 per year or 2500 per month.

Uganda Travel Outreach
Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center Travel Outreach Program was established in 2023. The program supports medical volunteer workers who are interested in traveling to Uganda. The Travel Outreach Program specifically helps provide travel expenses for our staff who volunteer their time and expertise to serve others without any compensation. The following are ways you can sponsor a volunteer for outreach:
- Economy Airline ticket purchase $1500
- Local transportation & accommodation $1000
- Program support contribution $500
- Program coordinator appreciation $500 per

Technology & Equipment Purchase
As a nonprofit medical center, we depend upon the generosity of our donors to fund our most urgent initiatives and ensure that leading-edge treatments are available close to the patients. At Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center, we are committed to offering the best possible technology to our patients, and that’s one reason why the support of our community is so important to us. Among the urgent medical equipment needed are expensive devices like ecology equipment, patient monitors, eye equipment, surgical instruments, computers, laptops, and off the grid solar power systems. Professor Wamukota Memorial Medical Center is the first facility in the area to offer advanced testing and imaging services. The following are ways you can contribute toward technology and equipment purchases:
- Ecology equipment purchase $10,000.
- Off the grid solar power $ 7000
- Eye testing camera equipment set $15,000.
- Patient monitors $2500.
- Uninterruptible Power System $1000
- Power Distribution Units, Rack, and servers $500

Dear Friends, Welcome to our website celebrating Dr. Wamukota Philanthropy Section. We are pleased to honor you and the enduring impact of your philanthropy. Because of you, the best possible care is available at Professor Wamukota’s village. It is a blessing that our facility is thriving and serving the needs of rural families every hour of the day and every day of the year. This was evident during our recent 10th anniversary celebrations, the community came out in large numbers and we were recognized by patients, religious leaders, USAID Voucher Plus, Ministry of Health and Conejo Compassion Coalition, leadership from the States. We are enormously proud of that. Simply stated, we could not have become the outstanding medical center that we are today without your help. And we are grateful to you.
